Recently, the American Banker hosted their annual Small Business Banking Conference in Nashville, and as always, it was one of the better banking conferences of the year. After the seventh-month mark, conversion rates sharply decline. Many banks expressed frustration over keeping small business banking housed within the retail bank channel.
