San Diego County Credit Union (SDCCU) is bidding $500,000 for the naming rights to a stadium. On September 19, the San Diego City Council will vote on a proposal to rename its stadium from QUALCOMM Stadium to SDCCU Stadium. According to the City's Stadium Sponsorship Sales Agreement, the city will receive 75 percent for the revenue. If approved, the naming rights agreement wil run through the end of 2018.

The deal is valued at approximately $3 million over 5 years and awaits final approval by full city council.
