3 second demo – combination of two methods for password – key/password and voice. Demoing from BofA chatbot that could not tell the user’s identity. Pretending it is a husband and wife demo. Funny and unusual for a Finovate demo. Demoing mobile banking app which has smart capability.

A lot of time these type of demos wind up failing at the conference, but everything is working great with Malauzai. They are showing a presentation, not a demo now so I’m looking forward to the demo. An industry leader in lending and benchmarking solutions for financial institutions. It worked, and it worked fast.

05:44 pm That is a wrap on demos for the day. Demo: Sezzle app with knowledge based authentication to link bank accounts. Demoing first with apple watch. Is this the first time we have seen an apple watch as apart of a demo today? Then demo goes to mobile app where you can see investment ideas, recommendations, etc.

I’m having a little trouble following their demo as it’s fast but I’m working on it. Under the scenario the consumer can transfer much-needed cash as well get cash (that was earned, not paid yet) so no payday or online lending debt is added. Scale private banking model to a much broader market. ^WM. Very good demo.

Demoing – Bills for T-mobile – Brought in balance and due date. Demo: A Wealth Management Company (ACME)– GoodData can embed analytics directly in ACME’s dashboard. Visualizing data for trends and market projection, visualize data in different ways. Demo: Bank application form. This happens a LOT. Especially in college.

Demo: Logging into App without the use of password. He is funny, this is so quick, he doesn’t need 7 minutes to demo. Demoing: Character, Joe Wilkes who is a rising star investor. Demo: AutoGravity App – can see 4 fare offers and show payment and rate before they walk onto the dealership. It’s accepted and you login.

I’m here at the Santa Clara Convention Center covering the demos. In addition to two great days of demos I’m looking forward to days 3 and 4 of conference content and a panel session I’m hosting on Friday. Product Demoed: Project Finance. A TON of really old technology is being used in mortgage lending.
