Tony La Russa was a professional baseball manager for 33 years, serving the Chicago White Sox, the Oakland Athletics and the St. He was unanimously inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2013. He currently serves as chief baseball officer for the Arizona Diamondbacks, overseeing the team’s baseball operations.
