CFPB Jan. 2016 complaint report highlights “other financial services complaints,” complaints from NY State/NY metro area consumers

Complaints about prepaid cards showed the greatest percentage increase based on a three-month average, increasing about 233 percent from the same time last year (October to December 2014 compared with October to December 2015).
