First Internet Bank of Indiana is primarily a pure Internet play that does not enjoy the same brand splash as ING. Internet depositors most likely have no affinity for the bank in which they do business.

They acquired seven failed institutions in Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina from the FDIC, adding over $2 billion of acquired assets since March 2010. I will review my top five in descending order.
