Venturo implored the crowd to build teams that include experts, collaborators, inquisitive and tenacious life learners and troublemakers and discussed the bank’s 30-120 day pilot-to-production cycle and 40% success rate (“too high because we need to push harder and fail more to create more”). The big theme was branch of the future.
