Payment Co. Nexi’s IPO Raises $2.3B

The payment company is a credit card issuer and also an ATM manager, and its IPO comes in the wake of two other notable ones: Network International, which went public in London on April 10 and Adyen NV, scheduled for June in Amsterdam. The company posted a net income of 20 million euros last year and an operating revenue of 931 million euros.
