This data is consistent across regions. We should see a slight increase in production in 2025 and 2026 driven by lower rates. Capital rotation is to HELOCs and away from autos. Within autos, the capital rotation is for new cars over used cars. With a little effort now, a tremendous amount of capital might be saved.
