One thing I think is really important for community banks is customer experience. I’m from Detroit: Henry Ford came out with the Model T and said, “Look, you can have any color you want as long as it’s black.” So we want our checking accounts to be FDIC insured. If I was going to focus on an attribute, that may be it.
