As we move into 2024, many people are either working diligently on their New Year's resolutions or have already failed at them. No matter what your resolution was for the New Year, there's one resolution you can make in 2024 that is sure to make your year successful: attending the Bank Customer Experience Summit held from Sept. 9 to 11 in Charlotte, North Carolina.

This annual event gathers banks, vendors, fintechs and other stakeholders in the financial services space to discuss cutting edge technology, trends and solutions to improve the banking customer experience.

Here are three reasons to attend:

Jointly held event

Due to the popularity of the event last year, it will be held jointly with the Interactive Customer Experience Summit. Bankers can learn from other industries such as restaurants, retailers and hospitality businesses on what they are doing with customer experience technology.

This event aims to provide the bigger picture on how multiple industries are using CX, offering lessons which bankers can take back with them for their branches, digital platforms and other services.

In addition, one pass will gain entry to both events, so attendees can save money.

In-depth panels

The event will feature panels of experts on topics related to CX and this year will have a particular focus on bringing bankers, retailers, restaurant leaders and other industry experts together to discuss key topics.

The panels will take a deep dive into topics such as:

  • How to make your store more welcoming to customers.
  • CX roundtable predictions.
  • Balancing human touch with AI.
  • Building customer loyalty with rewards that matter.

There will also be panels exclusive to the banking industry such as:

  • How to utilize digital signage in branches.
  • Autonomous banking tools.
  • How to meet regulations while still delivering impactful CX.

A personal touch

The environment at many trade shows can be overwhelming. There are loud and large showrooms with many vendors to visit and often little opportunity for one-on-one interactions. That is not the case at the Bank Customer Experience Summit.

At this event, you will get a chance to have many personal interactions with both fellow bankers and vendors who can help you find the right solution for whatever problem you are facing.

The event will feature many breaks to allow you to explore the Tech Pavilion and see customer experience technology in action.

In addition, you will also have a chance to network at a cocktail reception and dinner party on Sept. 9, as well as see banking innovation firsthand during our BCX awards held on Sept. 10. This awards ceremony will honor innovators in CX for financial institutions.

If you represent a bank and would like to speak on one of our panels, click here to apply to be a speaker. Once approved, you will gain a free pass for the jointly held event.
