The Bank Customer Experience Summit this year will analyze the cutting edge of customer and banking trends and will be held in tandem with the Interactive Customer Experience Summit in Charlotte, North Carolina from Sept. 11 to 13, with the BCX segment beginning on Sept. 12 to 13. Early bird pricing ends on May 5.
Networld Media Group, the parent company, chose to hold the two events in tandem so retailers, restaurants, banking and the hospitality industry could learn and share insights with each other on how they are handling key customer experience issues such as crafting an effective customer journey, utilizing loyalty programs and more.
The Bank Customer Experience Summit will kick off with a keynote from Erin Cohee, VP of customer experience at OneUnited Bank, and will then continue with a series of informative panels.

Panelists will discuss potential benefits and challenges of wearables as a banking channel as well as examine promising use cases in the future.
This is not the only panel that will analyze how banks are handling major issues. Other panels will include topics such as:
Attendees will also get a chance to hear leaders from banks and the retail industry interact during the CXO roundtable, which will bring together retail, banking, restaurant and hospitality experts to discuss unique issues surrounding the customer experience and how their individual industries are addressing these issues.
Lastly, attendees will see the most innovative solutions in action during the BCX Awards, which will honor companies and individuals who have crafted solutions that elevate the customer experience. Nominations are open until June 2.
