The awards event will be held at the Bank Customer Experience Summit taking place in Chicago Aug. 31 through Sept. 1, and will celebrate innovators in the banking and financial space.
The awards ceremony will take place on Aug. 31 at 6:15 p.m. CST, after a day of keynotes and sessions on topics ranging from customer experience technology to a banker's roundtable. The categories for nomination include:
Best branch experience: A category for a bank or credit union that has majorly improved its branch experience.
Best ATM/self-service experience (financial institution): A category for a financial institution that has deployed an innovative self-service solution.
Best ATM/self-service experience (vendor): A category for a vendor that has created an innovative self-service solution.
Best digital solution (financial institution): A category for a financial institution that has deployed an impactful digital-based interactive solution.
Best digital solution (vendor): A category for a vendor that has created a digital-based interactive solution.
Innovator of the Year: An award for a key executive that has made a major customer experience impact in the banking industry.
