The ATM industry went through another major software upgrade in January, which requires a major outlay of time and funding for many. Triton Systems is one of a number of ATM companies that are focused on providing alternative systems that provide the latest in security, performance and reliability.
The ARGO FT is the latest in the company’s line of ARGO machines, which are based on the Windows Compact 7 operating system.
“Everybody who’s in the industry understands how expensive and cumbersome these Windows updates constantly are, and they keep rolling out,” Nancy Lewandrowski, director of marketing at Triton Systems told ATM Marketplace. “Windows 10 is now an upgrade. In probably two to three years there’s going to be another one.”
