The Bank Customer Experience Summit, held jointly with the Interactive Customer Experience Summit from Sept. 11 to 13 in Charlotte, North Carolina, will focus this year on customer experience trends across multiple industries. Online registration for the joint event closes this week on Sept. 8.

The event will gather bankers, retailers, restaurants and hospitality executives to discuss cross-industry trends such as AI, self-service and 'phygital' spaces. The Interactive Customer Experience segment will kick off with tours of multiple locations including the NASCAR Hall of Fame, Honeywell's Customer Experience Center and the Bojangles Entertainment Complex, followed by a keynote from Jim Bitticks, president and COO of Dave's Hot Chicken and Arman Oganesyan, co-founder and CBO of Dave's Hot Chicken.

After a full day of sessions on the ICX track, the Bank Customer Experience Summit segment will begin on Sept. 12 with a keynote address from Erin Cohee, VP of Digital Customer Experience at OneUnited Bank, who will discuss how to understand your customer and act on it. She will discuss how OneUnited used demographics surveys, outbound service calls, website click paths and more to gain customer insights and how it acted on that data.

Following the keynote, attendees will be able to attend panel discussions featuring executives from Bank of America, Manasquan Bank, Ledyard National Bank and more on a variety of topics including:

  • How banks can craft the customer journey.
  • How to measure your messaging.
  • What small business owners want from banks.
  • Fixing the drive-thru.
  • Delivering hospitality back to banking.
  • And more.

Additionally, attendees can learn about innovative retailers, vendors and banks that have crafted innovative experiences with technology during the Elevate and BCX Awards on Sept. 12. Afterwards, attendees will enjoy a cocktail reception and dinner party along with networking across industries.

Click here to register for the joint event. Online registration ends Sept. 8. Use the code AMCEDIT20 to save 20% off at checkout.
