First, September rolled around, and then the school buses, and then a few weeks later, the sixth annual Bank Customer Experience Summit, an opportunity for bank executives and subject matter experts to engage in two days of productive discussions about consumer trends and technologies driving change in retail banking.

5) CBW Bank sharpens focus on digital banking, fintech collaboration

Suresh Ramamurthi, chairman and CTO of CBW Bank, opened the annual Bank Customer Experience conference with a keynote speech detailing his financial institution's unique journey.
