Nominations are officially open for the 2024 Bank Customer Experience Awards, which will be presented at the jointly held Bank Customer Experience Summit and Interactive Customer Experience Summit from Sept. 9 to 11 in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Nominations are officially open for the 2024 Bank Customer Experience Awards, which will be presented at the jointly held Bank Customer Experience Summit and Interactive Customer Experience Summit from Sept. 9 to 11 in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Judges will examine nominees based on how they planned and implemented innovative banking experiences that met current needs of customers. Three winners will be selected from the nominees, and the top winner will additionally receive the award of Innovator of the Year.
Bank of America was the 2023 winner of the Innovator of the Year for its Financial Health Framework initiative, which provided transparent products and service, spending tracking and financial security, expert advice and simpler financial management tools.
The other winners for 2023 were America's Credit Union for its micro branch design JunXion and Citizens Bank for its FastLine home equity line of credit processes.

For the 2024 awards, only customer experience projects and technologies implemented after Jan. 1, 2023 are eligible for nomination. Examples of projects include:
For the nomination, you will need to provide a brief description of the experience(1,500 characters max), an in-depth description of what makes it unique(5,000 characters max) and a link to a website or video about the project or financial institution.
