Self-service banking, remote tellers and COVID-19 hot topics for May

I always think it's a smart practice, in both my business and personal life, to look back and review data before planning for the future.

For example, when my son talks about possibly moving from his apartment in San Diego to one in La Jolla, California, I just remind him that it took us nearly four days, nine aspirins, five arguments, three pizzas, two tanks of gas and more cleaning supplies than I ever want to see in my lifetime again to get him into his current apartment. That usually ends the discussion and helps remind him of the past before planning for the future (such as hiring a moving van to help you move, not your mother)!
