Eligibility
Applicants must work for a financial technology company, for a venture capital firm, for a consulting company, for a law firm or some other organization that works with fintechs. (Female leaders who work at financial institutions should consider applying for American Banker's other rankings for women in
The applications will be read by a selection committee made up of American Banker staff members and outside experts. Judges will consider qualities such as leadership, teamwork and personal initiative, demonstrated through action.
