Samsung and iZettle join forces to support small businesses across the UK

Samsung and Sweden-based financial technology company iZettle have partnered to support small businesses by streamlining payment acceptance in the UK.

According to the press release, Samsung will start by offering iZettle’s technology as part of a new small business bundle, allowing merchants that purchase its Enterprise Edition to select other devices to access commerce tools that help them run and grow their business.

Therefore, by using iZettle with Samsung devices, merchants will be enable to accept secure payments, oprimise the speed and experience of customer transactions, and reduce the need for cash. Merchants will also be able to login to iZettle to access business critical analytics, including real time sales data and smart stock management.

Moreover, to celebrate the partnership, Samsung is offering a free iZettle card reader with almost all Enterprise Edition models and its Tab Active 2. The offer is available until 30 September 2020.

Overall, the iZettle Reader, allows companies to accept payments from all major credit and debit cards, contactless and device payments including Apple, Google, and Samsung Pay. The latest iZettle device takes only a few minutes to set up through the iZettle app, and can be paired with the user’s smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth, allowing small businesses to start accepting real-time contactless payments.
