Final call to nominate contestants for Bank Customer Experience Summit Awards

Do you know of an innovative solution or experience in the financial industry space that you think the world should know about? Then, you should submit a nomination for the Bank Customer Experience Summit Awards, but you need to do it fast, as the submissions will close on June 17.

The Bank Customer Experience Summit will be held this year from Aug. 31 to Sept. 1 in Chicago, and will feature several panels on innovative technologies and strategies for customer experience in banking. For the rewards show itself, a panel of judges will review entries in the following categories:

• Best branch experience for bank or credit union.
• Best ATM/self-service experience for financial institutions.
• Best ATM/self-service experience for vendors that have developed an innovative solution.
• Best digital solution for financial institutions.
• Best digital solution from a vendor.
• Innovator of the year to honor an executive who made a big difference in the banking space.

In order to submit a nomination, you must give a brief description of the experience at 1,500 characters or fewer, as well as explain what makes this experience unique and provide a link to a website or video of the technology or financial institution in action. Only products and experiences introduced between June 1, 2021 and May 31, 2022, are eligible for nomination. There is a $150 fee for all nominations, except for the Innovator of the year award.

During the awards show, you will enjoy a meal and get a chance to network with peers in the banking, fintech and banking technology sphere.
