Novalnet develops new payment plugin for Plentymarkets

Germany-based ecommerce payment solution provider Novalnet has developed a new payment plugin for Plentymarkets.

Plentymarkets offers software for online trading in the area of ​​merchandise management and shopping, with which online business processes can be processed automatically. The system operates directly from the web browser and payment processing for Novalnet customers takes place via escrow accounts of Novalnet.

Novalnet offers proprietary payment modules for ecommerce systems that are free to purchase and maintain. With the Plentymarkets plugin, retailers can track and evaluate all processes live in the shop backend. Users can view their sales and react to developments, as well as keep an eye on customer information and rejected payments live at all times. Novalnet has integrated the possibility for customers to save payment data in encrypted form for future purchases so that they do not have to re-enter their data each time.

As part of fraud prevention and accounts receivable management of Novalnet, the payment provider also supports its customers in maintaining the liquidity of their online shop. Over 60 fraud prevention modules ensure ensures that the risk of non-payment and attempted fraud is minimised. However, should payment defaults occur, either the free receivables management for Novalnet customers or, if desired, the payment guarantee from Novalnet will take effect.
