TikTok and Shopify launch self-serve advertising platform for Kiwi SMBs

Social platform TikTok and ecommerce platform Shopify have announced launching an update to its TikTok For Business in New Zealand in the shape of TikTok For Business Ads Manager.

Ads Manager enables brands to connect with the TikTok community. By partnering with Shopify, Kiwi Shopify entrepreneurs can create TikTok ads and track results all without leaving the Shopify dashboard. To access our self-serve platform, SMBs have to head to TikTok For Business, register and create a TikTok For Business account.

Product highlights include a suite of creative tools such as Video Templates, Smart, along with flexible budgets and performance targeting.

In a recent study, cited by Scoop.co.nz, 88% of TikTok users said that they discover new content that they enjoy while using the app, and about half of users said they discover new products through advertisements posted by a product or brand.
