Mishkin According to the Wall Street Journal , the CFPB is making two changes in leadership. Mr. Alexis served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the District of Columbia for 13 years. He will replace Kent Markus, who will become a senior advisor to Steven Antonakes, the CFPB’s Deputy Director.

Federal DC Court Overturns Closed-End Loan HMDA Reporting Threshold
