Banks, ATM providers, fintechs and other financial industry experts will gather at the Bank Customer Experience Summit in Chicago from Aug. 31 to Sept. 1 to hear from thought leaders on all the pressing issues in the financial industry. The conference will kick off with a keynote address by Stephen Griffin, SVP, director of the retail distribution planning group, at Regions Bank. During the keynote, Griffin will discuss what the future of bank branches looks like and whether branches will go the way of the dinosaur or transform into something else.

"BCX has always been very valuable when discussing the latest trends in banking and serving customers. I'm particularly excited to share and hear ideas as it relates to the future roles that branches will play in delivering excellent and needed services," Griffin said in an email interview.

Following the keynote, guests will gain a variety of insights during the BCX Talks and Bankers 'Rapid-fire' Roundtable, where experts will share insight on hot topics in the banking industry. Then, attendees will enjoy a cocktail party and the BCX Awards, where judges will give out rewards for banking self service, digital solutions and the banking innovator of the year.

The event will feature a variety of panels on topics that greatly impact the financial industry including:

  • How to create fintech/bank partnerships.
