You still have a chance to join the Bank Customer Experience Summit, but you need to act quickly. Registration closes on Sept. 10 for the event, which will be held in Chicago from Sept. 13 to 15. This summit will gather experts from leaders in the industry ranging from Truist to Republic Bank of Chicago.

The summit itself will not be like other conferences that rely on large showrooms where it's easy to get lost. Instead, the focus will be on helping you develop wisdom in the financial industry space through panels, brainstorming sessions, networking and more.

The panels for example will cover critical issues in the market such as:

  • Branch strategies during and after COVID.
  • How to reach the underbanked.
  • How to build a banking culture to reach customers.
  • How to partner with fintechs.
  • How to build successful mobile and omnichannel experiences.

In addition to panels, attendees will also be able to share their own insights and expertise during the Brain Exchange session. This session will put attendees into a variety of small groups so they can share their successes and tips for a variety of topics such as branch experiences, mobile customer experience and ATM strategies.

Finally, attendees will have plenty of time to network while enjoying cocktails and food during multiple networking sessions during the event, and during the BCX Awards Ceremony, where innovators in branch, self-service and mobile experiences will accept their awards.

Click here to register for the summit. You can use AMCEDIT20 for 20% off checkout. Act quickly as registration will only be open until Sept. 10.
