The summit will kick off with a keynote session from Truist Financial Corp., the six largest bank in the U.S.
Arijit Roy, SVP and head of strategy, digital integration and transformation for retail at Truist, will deliver the keynote entitled "Winning with Customers takes the right combination of high tech and human touch: lessons from Hollywood and a top 10 bank."
During his keynote, Roy will offer key insights on how to not just a deliver a good customer experience, but a distinctive one that makes your financial business stand out. In particular, he will discuss how you can combine both high tech investments with the human touch to create an impactful experience.
In addition to Roy's keynote, big banks, SME banks and fintechs will also share important insights during panels at the summit. Kamesh Moola, SVP of virtual channels at Barclays, will be on a panel about how to design your organization with both a digital and customer-centric mindset. Moola will present with co-panelists Don Elliot, VP of customer experience at First National Bank of Omaha, Ratnakar Muditanapally, director of digital product management at BMO Financial Group, and Nicky Stump, SVP of customer experience and product development at Broadway Bank.
