The Bank Customer Experience Summit, which will be held in Charlotte from Sept. 12 to 13, will honor innovators in the space of financial customer experience during an awards ceremony. You may nominate a technology provider or financial institution for an award. The nomination deadline is June 2.

Judges will select three winners from the nominations. Customer experience projects and technologies implemented after Jan. 1, 2022, are eligible for nomination.

The judges will consider nominations for brand design/experience, digital banking, ATM/self-service banking, omnichannel banking and other customer experience projects. In particular, they will be looking for projects that make an innovative impact in the financial space for customer experiences.

To submit a nomination, you will need to provide a brief description of the experience, up to 1,500 characters, an in-depth description of what makes the offering unique to the market (up to 5,000 characters) and a link to a website or video about the experience or financial institution.

Click here to submit your nomination. There is a $150 fee to submit a nomination.

In addition, this year, the Bank Customer Experience Summit will be held in tandem with the Interactive Customer Experience Summit, which will run from Sept. 11 to 13 and will gather retailers, restaurants and hospitality companies. By purchasing one pass, you gain access to both events. Click here to register for the joint event. Use the code AMCEDIT20 at checkout for 20% off.
