Nigrelli spent nine years with CUNA, holding roles related to marketing, digital technology, brand persona and more. Prior to her time at CUNA, Nigrelli spent 15 years at the law firm McDermott, Will & Emery LLP, overseeing marketing, and holding leadership roles related to operations and human resources.

Nusenda also named Jeff Benefiel as its new senior vice president of core applications and digital innovations. He had been working at $3.8 billion-asset Teachers Credit Union in Sound Bend, Ind., where he served as vice president for digital delivery and payments.

Both Nigrelli and Benefiel will report to CEO Joe Christian, who took over last year as CEO of the $3 billion-asset Nusenda following the resignation of CEO Terry Laudick.

Nusenda earned $18.9 million in net income during the first three quarters of this year compared to $31.3 million in the same period last year, according to the NCUA call reports.
