HomeBancorp in Fla. to Promote Four Executives

HomeBancorp in Tampa, Fla., has appointed several executives to expanded roles, all to take effect at the start of the year.

Dana Cluckey, currently vice chairman of the $1 billion-asset HomeBancorp, will add the titles president and chief operating officer, according to a news release. Cluckey will also become chairman of the company's HomeBanc unit.

Debra Hanses Novakoski will be promoted to president and chief executive of HomeBancorp, from her current position of executive vice president.

Jeffrey Saunders, currently chief financial officer of HomeBancorp, will add the titles chief financial officer and chief operations officer of HomeBanc.

Jon James, currently chief risk and compliance officer of HomeBanc, will add the same title for the holding company.

All the promotions will take effect Jan. 1.

Jerry Campbell, HomeBancorp's founder, chairman and CEO, will retain those roles.
