NexTier Bank in Butler, Pa., has tapped its chief operating officer as its next leader.
The $1.1 billion-asset bank said in a press release Monday that Clem Rosenberger will succeed Richard Krauland, 63, as its president and chief executive. Krauland will retire Aug. 12.
Rosenberger had also served as chief financial officer at Farmers National Bank of Kittanning, a NexTier predecessor.
