First Commonwealth in Pa. Hires Consumer Lending Leader

First Commonwealth Financial in Indiana, Pa., has hired a former Regions Financial executive to lead several of its consumer lending groups.

The $6.7 billion-asset First Commonwealth hired Jeff Rosen as executive vice president of consumer and small business lending, according to a Tuesday news release. In the newly created position, Rosen will oversee First Commonwealth's consumer and small business platform, online lending, mortgage and indirect auto lending groups. He will also develop its Small Business Administration lending program, and oversee alternative lending channels and product and marketing strategies.

Previously, Rosen was senior manager for government-guaranteed lending at the $125 billion-asset Regions in Birmingham, Ala., according to his LinkedIn profile. Rosen has also worked for Huntington National Bank, U.S. Bank and PNC Financial Services Group, according to First Commonwealth.
