With the changing customer expectations and increasing expenses left behind by the pandemic, banks, fintechs and independent ATM providers are finding that doing business as usual isn't possible.

Instead, they must find ways to cut through the noise and uncover what will help them thrive in this uncertain era, which is the goal of The Bank Customer Experience Summit, Sept 13-15 in Chicago

It will offer a variety of sessions on major issues in the banking world, such as reaching underbanked customers and improving the customer experience with technology without breaking the bank.

Experts from a variety of companies ranging from Citi Ventures to Barclays, will share advice.

One breakout session, for example, will look at how financial institutions can capture the unbanked population of the world with innovative solutions. Donna Embry, SVP of Global Payments Strategy for Evolve Bank & Trust, and Trenton Spratling, global account director for Ekata, will discuss how financial institutions can overcome hurdles such as accessibility and lack of trust to reach out to the one-fifth of the world that is unbanked.

Other panels will examine how branches are transforming their spaces with ATMs and other tools to deliver better customer experience for their patrons. Stephen Griffin, SVP of Retail, Branch Distribution Strategy, Sales, Staffing and Analytics at Regions Bank and Brian McEvoy, SVP at Webster Five Cents Savings Bank will address these trends in branch design during their breakout session.

In addition to these panels, attendees will have cocktails and hors d'oeuvres while networking with speakers, sponsors and other attendees.

Attendees may learn more about innovative financial technologies in a series of 10-minute presentations called Discovery Hour, and they can join small group discussions on major issues during the Brain Exchange.

After networking and listening to panels, attendees may also attend the BCX Awards Ceremony and Dinner Party held from 5:30 to 7 pm, Sept. 14, where they can see the best solutions in areas such as ATMs and branch experiences.

You can click here to register for the event. Early bird pricing will last until August 13.
