Payment Alliance International has created suite of tools that allow users to automatically manage key ATM functions, including, remote management services, from anywhere in the world by using a mobile device.

The Louisville, Kentucky-based firm provides a range of services to the ATM industry, working with retailers, independent service operators and financial institutions to better manage their ATM fleets.

Nathan Wald, senior vice president of product at PAI, demonstrated some of these capabilities at the ATM Industry Association’s U.S. conference in Houston last month.

Using PAI’s proprietary software, Wald showed how a user can reset an ATM terminal by pressing a few menu items on a smartphone.
