Given the issue of the pandemic in 2020, and the requirements of health and safety, the guide will be especially integral to banks, credit unions and financial institutions.
Susan Cluckey, former editor of ATM Marketplace, hosted the hour-long webinar. Steve Hensley, KAL's worldwide executive vice president of sales and marketing, served as the speaker. Hensley has 25 years of experience in the information technology industry and financial industry and has focused on self-service solutions, including both ATMs and kiosks.
Cluckey and Hensley discussed global trends shaping the future of ATM and omnichannel banking and emerging functionalities designed to enhance the customer experience, branch transformation, and recurring issues around Windows operating upgrade.
